My name is Rick Daniel and I am a professional home inspector.

Since 1998 our company, The Home Inspector, Inc. has conducted thousands of home and commercial property inspections, almost all of which were requested by the potential buyer.

We are successful for a variety of reasons, but primarily because our inspections are regarded as remarkably thorough.

In 1998, Dave Frederick opened "The Home Inspector" in Calaveras County, CA. He operated as a sole proprietor until I joined him in 2004. It was Dave's goal to pass his knowledge on to the right person so that the company could thrive after he retired. Thank goodness I was that person.

Together we became "The Home Inspector, Inc."

Combined we have conducted over 3500 home and commercial inspections. We have been personal friends for over 25 years.

For years Dave had a burning desire to create a home inspection process that helps sellers realize more profit at the close of escrow. After he retired he motivated me to help him make that dream come true. This resulted in the creation of the 27 Dollar Home Inspections eBook, the Companion Video Series and the Website.

I still work full time conducting home inspections on a daily basis.
